In this article, the soft revolution brought up by Ziada was a brand new index for every Muslim, because it was a challenge which nobody had no courage to do so. In my opinion, Ziada used the correct way to reform Islam. She published a comic-book history about Martin Luther King Jr. to promote civil disobedience. The deed overthrew the system of Islam world which has existed for over 14 century.
She did it from many ways, including political parties, education and economy and so on. Reforming form the overall parts of society is the most efficient way. However, to reform the Islam world is not a easy mission since the traditional thought has rooted in people’s mind for a long time. I think the revolution has to be publicized from more ways which people would contact to everyday. For instance, she can utilize the news paper or even magazines to tell people her thought. One more thing, the thought has to be published by easy and understandable words or pictures.
To make the long story short, the old tradition and conservative thought may be have to be reformed, but the most important thing is the way to reform. The revolutionist has to let people identity with him/ her, or the revolution may have great possibility becoming a riot. This is also the biggest advantage Ziada has.
